Who’d think snacking could be good for you? With this salsa, you don’t have to feel too guilty. If you use celery squash or zucchini rounds instead of chips, all the better.
You’ll need-
2 small cans chopped chilies
2 small cans chopped black or kalamata olives
1 bunch (4-5) chopped scallions ( green onions
6 diced Roma tomatoes
1/4 c chopped cilantro
1 1/2 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 bottle Kraft Free zesty Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients & enjoy! It’s best if you refrigerate for about 30 minutes. You can use this as a potato topper, appetizer, snack, taco salsa… Whatever!
