Cucumber Caviar Canapé

Want a simply delicious light summertime appetizer or little snack? Here ya go! This little bite is a nice blend of fresh, crisp, savory & salty, with the added benefit of fast and easy. It’s pretty too! All you do is slice an English cucumber into 1/4 inch rounds. Lightly pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix some Greek yogurt or creme fraiche with a bit of fresh chopped dill weed. Spoon a dollop on each cucumber round. Top with a dab of your choice of caviar, and garnish with a parsley or dill sprig. A small bite of heaven, cool and delicious.

Thanks! I hope everyone enjoys it. If you’d like, take a picture and send it. It would be fun to feature your gorgeous B&B!
