Spinach & Walnuts

For a quick side, or light snack,  this is the ticket.

For one serving you’ll need:

1 1/2 c  fresh spinach,

handful of walnuts

Mrs. Dash Seasoning

Tony Legner’s Cat 5 Food Polish if you want a little kick to it

splash of balsamic vinegar

Spritz a medium pan with Pam spray. Over medium heat, add spinach. Toss until wilting. Add Balsamic vinegar, continue tossing until reduced in size. Add desired seasonings and walnuts. Cook until walnuts have toasted a tad and Balsamic is reduced.

YUM!
